The food took a long time to come out. They seemed to be pretty unorganized. They also forgot to make my milkshake with my meal. After asking about my milkshake the lady at the cash register told me that she would make it for me. Somehow they made two milkshakes. The turtle milkshake was very good. I only drank one of them. The jalapeño burger and fries were also delicious. I would try this place again. Hopefully they get the kinks worked out.

Food was good and didn’t wait too long. Had to wait a bit more for the Dr Pepper frost. This is my 2nd visit within a few weeks and the men’s bathroom still has a small disposable soap pump with what seems like mostly water in it and had almost none left in it this time… makes me wonder how the employees are washing their hands Also alot of empty, but still dirty tables. Had to wipe it off myself to be able to sit down.

Excellent burgers that literally melt in your mouth. So juicy! And the frozen orange custard is so refreshing. So yummy. And their shoe string fries and tots are awesome too. Friendly people in the drive thru, I've never been inside I go there for lunch sometimes because it's close, and you might have to wait a lil bit in the drive thru but it is 100% worth it.

We are infrequent visitors so this is just a snapshot... food is always hot fresh and fairly priced! Service is never bad but haven't experienced outstanding service either. The dining area always seems to need a little extra love and attention...overall not wanting this to seem like a negative review, we are fans but just not in our normal travel radius.

Quick and easy ordering. Fresh food quickly served. Overall cleanliness is lacking a little. All tables were dirty so we asked for one to be cleaned. The girl taking out ordering was more concerned about talking fast and entering the order so speedy that she sacrificed customer service and friendliness. When calling out order numbers was yelling way too loudly. Food was great! Overall a decent place.

Oh my, what a Wonderful Place the East Side Freddie's is. I know just about everyone there by name, and I am always greeted with a smiling face. The people that work there are always in a good mood, and I see why, smelling those delicious burgers all day!! The desserts are awesome too!! This particular day I tried I think was #4, the Patty Melt on Rye. Really good, but the #2 Bacon Cheeseburger remains my favorite! You just gotta try the Brownie Concrete, Super Delicious!!! Just went to Freddie's again on Sunday morning and had the Chili Cheese Dog with chili cheese fries and Mom got the Grilled Chicken. Totally Awesome Place! Barely got a place to sit as it was a busy day for Freddy!!
